Executive Concealed Carry Class

This class is designed for individuals or groups that would like to take the class, in a private setting or with no other students outside their group. From first-time shooters to seasoned firearm enthusiasts, everyone has more they can learn in the world of shooting sports. This class is the white glove treatment, we will cater in lunch for you on both days. The Gun rental, Ammunition, Range fee, Target fee, Fingerprints and application assistance is included in the cost. The class is 16hrs long.

Free 16 Hour (2-Day) Concealed Carry Training Class

At Kee Firearms we offer FREE 16HR in person Illinois Concealed Carry Training "CCL". This class offers Basic fundamentals, Illinois Law, and live fire qualification. NO FOID is needed to take class. This training is required to obtain your Illinois Concealed Carry License from the Illinois State Police.

You are required to complete 8 hours of training  before you attend the 8 hour Range Time held on Sundays.

This class is free, but there are 2 fees that will be required.

• A $25 range fee for range time.
• A $5 fee for certified targets.

Requirements:

• You must be 21 years old within one year of taking this class.
• You have not been denied a FOID card from the Illinois State Police.
• Only new boxed brass ammo will be allowed at the range.
• You must sign the waiver form.

Optional Upgrades

• If you do not have a firearm, one can be rented. This includes 30 rounds of ammunition for the qualification. Rental Fee: $30
• Live Scan Fingerprints for quicker processing: $65
• Application Assistance: $40

Here at Kee Firearms & Training we offer FREE CCL renewals Please register Here This class is free, but there are 2 fees that will be required. A $25 range fee for range time. A $5 fee for certified targets. YOU MUST HAVE (3) TEN ROUND MAGAZINES OR YOU HAVE TO RENT A FIREARM.

Free Family Class

We will be Teaching Children and their Adults on Firearms Safety, what you do if you find a Firearms Anywhere, Proper Firearms Safety, and Storage of A firearm. There is NO live fire requirement. This Class will be approximately 2 hours.

Free Handgun Cleaning Class

Handgun Cleaning Course We think that it is important for every gun owner to have the basic skills and know-how to clean their firearms on their own. If you have never cleaned a gun before or are new to guns. If you are having trouble disassembling or reassembling your firearm when you clean it, then you will want to come to one of our comprehensive classes on gun cleaning. This class is designed to help the gun owner learn and understand the best possible way to clean their particular firearm. We offer a hands-on gun cleaning instruction course that involves you cleaning your gun. Whether you're a new gun owner or you've been around guns your entire life, anyone can benefit from learning new gun-cleaning skills Class is 2 hours long Requirements. Free Intro To Handguns

This is a basic course directed to people with little or no firearms experience to provide them with a fun and safe way to be introduced to handguns. Class in 2 hours

Free Women's Only Intro to Handgun

This is a Women Only course teaching the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude for owning and operating a pistol safely. The minimum age limit is 16 yrs. old and must be accompanied by an adult. No FOID card is needed to attend this class. This course is 4 hours long and includes classroom and range time learning to shoot revolvers and/or semi-automatic pistols. Students learn rules for safe gun handling; pistol parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; two handed standing positions; and continued opportunities for skill development. This fee includes use of firearm and ammo (22 caliber, only).

Handgun 101

What do you need to know to be safe? This course is designed for those individuals with little-to-no handgun experience. We will cover Universal Firearms Safety, types of handguns and their parts, proper ammunition for your firearm, proper storage of ammunition, loading and unloading procedures. There will be a brief live-fire to demonstrate safe handling procedures and basic operation of a firearm including the following .22LR pistol. Eyes, Ears, Target are included in Price. Handgun 201

This course is the next step fpr those that have taken our level 101 Handgun course to learn markmenship pinciples. We will go over fundamental features include proper grip, stance, sight alignment, proper sight picture, and trigger control. Live fire studfents may bring their own firearm and ammunition (100 Rounds) or use a rental firearm from the range and purchase ammunition. Handgun 301

This course is to get you familiarized with real life training. We use computer programmed target in this training so you can start gaining skills on shooting targets that are moving vs stationary targets. Live fire students may bring their own firearm and ammunition (100 Rounds) or use rental firearm from the range and purchase ammunition. This is a small class of students. Cancellation Policy: 72 hours or more no charge to reschedule - Less than 72 hour full amount paid is forfeited.

Holster 101

Holster 101 Class is designed for raw beginners entering concealed carry status. Class will discuss and demonstrate different styles of carry and proper firearm deployment along with important safety tips for each. Class utilizes training tools only with no loaded firearms or shooting in class. Some holster types will be available for purchase or order depending on firearm type and availability. Future classes of this type will advance to next level training depending on students skill level and experience Class is 1 hour long Requirments: Have a good belt. Women On Target Course

If you already have the basics down on firearms or already taken our intro to handgun class then this class is for you. We will focus more on getting you more accurate and comfortable shooting. We will provide a firearm and 100 rounds of ammunition. Cancelation Policy: 72 hours or more no charge to reschedule - Less than 72 hours full amount paid is forfeited. **If you choose to use you choose to use your own firearm then, you will need to purchase or bring 100 rounds of new boxed brass ammunition. **

Women Only Intro to Handguns

Youth Firearm Safety Course

This class is designed to establish and reinforce firearm safety. It is open to children ages 10 and older, and at least one parent or legal guardian must be present for the duration of this course. The training will be focused on the four firearm safety rules: -Firearms in the home -Establishing good habits -Strengthening firearm Knowledge -When and when not to handle a firearm -This Class is $35 per child. -The Parent does not shoot. There will be a live fire exercise in this class that will consist of 50 rounds of 22LR. The firearm being used will be a Glock 44. No FOID card needed.
